Laura Charles-Price / Head of Women and Girls
Laura’s role is to grow, sustain and support the recreational Women and Girls game across Gloucestershire from All Stars and Dynamos Cricket through to Ladies Soft and Hard Ball. She supports clubs in ensuring they are creating a welcoming environment for Women and Girls to play recreationally and oversees all Gloucestershire Cricket Foundation leagues from Girls U9 festivals through to working with community programmes to enhance opportunities available to Women and Girls within the leadership and playing of cricket.
In addition, Laura also leads the Girls County Age Group winter and summer Programmes from U11’s through to U18’s and County Women. No day is the same, making each day extremely exciting and rewarding as the Women and Girls game continues to go from strength to strength.

Ralph Hardwick
Ralph coaches on the Women and Girls Pathway as the Head Coach of the Gloucestershire Women.
Having completed a Master’s Degree in Performance Analysis at Cardiff Met University in 2020, Ralph is now starting his journey to become a Level 4 Specialist Coach.
Ralph is the current 1st XI Captain at Chippenham Cricket Club.
