Charlotte Moore / Women & Girls Development Manager
Charlotte’s role is to grow, sustain and support the recreational Women and Girls game across Gloucestershire from All Stars and Dynamos Cricket through to Ladies Soft and Hard ball. She supports clubs to ensure they are creating a welcoming environment for Women and Girls to play recreationally. She also works with community programmes to enhance the opportunities available for Women and Girls within the leadership and playing of Cricket. Charlotte’s aim is to increase the availability and opportunity of Women’s and Girls’ chances at getting involved in cricket, through working with Clubs, Schools, and Community groups.
Charlotte has recently made the move from the North to the South, after graduating from University in Manchester, where she studied Sports Business Management. In her free time: Charlotte will be found playing Cricket, Dodgeball and Netball, watching Disney movies, or baking something delicious!
Becca Halliday / Women & Girls Development Officer
Becca joined the team in January 2024. Her role is to sustain and enhance the Women & Girls offer in Gloucestershire, to work closely with clubs, volunteers and schools to provide the best opportunities for all such as Lady Taverners, indoor leagues and summer leagues. Alongside this, she also goes into schools and community settings to deliver our programmes.
Becca is originally from Plymouth, moving up here when she started this role in January. She has come through the Devon pathway, and now represents the Gloucestershire County Womens team and Glamorgan Academy. She has thoroughly enjoyed her time coaching in the CAG pathway including attending many festivals throughout the summer!
Outside of work, she enjoys cricket as well as just watching and playing sports in general, going out with friends, travelling and the beach! She has also been a big time Liverpool fan since she was 4.
