THE Bristol Youth Cricket League and DFCA Coaching have announced that their partnership is to continue for a further five years.
This will help to ensure that youth cricket in the Bristol and South Gloucestershire area continues to prosper and develop.
In direct practical terms, DFCA has provided the league with cricket balls for all its finals, two sets of shirts and caps for their U10 teams, and new, bespoke clothing for league officials.
Over the past ten years of the partnership, as well as the practical support, DFCA has introduced popular indoor cricket league opportunities, firstly at U12s, and more recently at U15s.
BYCL chairman Jim Donaldson said: “It is great for the league to be directly associated and supported by a progressive, highly active and very youth orientated, local coaching organisation, and we are extremely grateful to Damian, George and BYCL Patron Howard Marshall for their continuing support.”
