Yousuf Khan (4-28) and Abdullah Taras (3-57) helped reduce visiting Tewkesbury from 180-2 to 246, skipper Tom Allcoat (60) and James Whitmore (57) top scoring.
And Pak Bristolians, who play a level below their opponents, then timed their reply to perfection to go through with two balls to spare and book a home derby date against Downend.
Khan followed up his fine effort with the ball to hit 61 at the top of the order while there was also a crucial unbeaten 36 from Israfiel Farooq.
Dumbleton, meanwhile, overcame Langford by 68 runs to also reach the last eight.
Aidan Donnelly (70) and Lewis Rollinson (56) helped Dumbleton total 187 after winning the toss, Tino Mushonga finishing with 3-33 from seven while Liam Court tidied up with 2-4.
Dan Hammond (3-16) along with Lincoln Joy (2-15) and Luke Mills (2-25) then combined to dismiss Langford for 119 and ensure a home quarter against Bishopston.
The other two ties will see Hatherley & Reddings host Bristol West Indian Phoenix and Bedminster entertain Chipping Sodbury.
JOE Woodworth followed up his maiden century for Golden Hill by again reaching three figures 24 hours later in a 236-run home First Class Comms Gloucestershire Trophy win over Bedminster.
The opener hit 107 in a Bristol & District League game against Keynsham, and maintained that form with an unbeaten 130 from 117 (16 fours) to help seal a home semi-final against Langford or Cirencester who meet on Sunday..
Jack Knox, meanwhile, hammered 103 for Lydney who totalled 238, but it proved to be within comfortable reach for Apperley who eased to a six-wicket win with almost seven overs to spare.
Apperley will now be home in the last four against Frampton-on-Severn or Gloucester AIW, who go head-to-head on July 13.
